Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued notification G.S.R(E) dated 08.05.2019 to make amendment in Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016,  These rules may be called the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register

Application(SPICe) for incorporation of a company shall be accompanied by a linked e-form AGILE (INC-35) w.e.f 01, April, 2019

As per newly inserted rule 38A in the Companies (Incorporation) Rules 2014, the application (SPICe) for incorporation of a company shall be accompanied by a linked e-form AGILE (INC-35) containing an application for registration of the following numbers, namely. (a)

Form INC-22A (ACTIVE) to be filed by every company incorporated before 31st December, 2017

Every Company which is incorporated on or before 31st December, 2017 is required to file this form. However, companies who has not filed its due financial statement or Annual Return or both shall be restricted to file this form Excluded Companies Struck Off
