For Partnership/LLP/Company

1) Passport-size photo of all partners/directors
2) PAN of Partnership/LLP/Company
3) Passport Photo, PAN, and Aadhaar Card of all partners
4) Partnership Deed/ LLP Deed/ Certificate of Incorporation of company
5) Reg Address Proof
Rent Deed notarized/ Registry
6) NOC from the owner for use of an address for business (Download from Link Below)

9) Authorisation letter/ Board Resolutions for partner/ director responsible for signing GST application and returns.
